PIPELINES, POLLUTION AND EMINIENT DOMAIN IN THE RURAL SOUTH, by local, award-winning filmmaker Mark Alberton will screen at the Augusta-Richmond County Public Library on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 6:00 pm. The film explores the environmental implications, and the cost to affected landowners of the proposed Kinder Morgan Palmetto Pipeline.
